Dr Ben Carson is the guy who says:

- Being gay is a choice because prison turns people gay

- Obamacare is the worst thing since slavery

- Congress should be able to remove judges for voting for marriage equality

 

Statements like these do get attention and create discussion, but hard to get elected President when you speak your mind.

FWIW I really like Dr Carson and would have no problem voting for him...in factI very well may if he's still in the race by the time the primary gets to Kentucky next May.
