Unfortunately for my fraternity brother in college, I'm afraid Coach Sherrill and his Purples will bow out in the Sweet 16 Final Four for the second consecutive year. Just an amazing run for BG the last couple of years, they have so much to be proud of. DG is a great family man and is doing a heck of a job with BG.

 

That said, I think Boyle County is playing so well and will advance to Sunday's Championship. Love. That. Backcourt.

For Boyle to be here is pretty remarkable. Come from behind to knock off LexCath & then handle the #1 team in the state.

 

I look for the Rebels to keep rolling. I'll go with 64-54.

Boyle's confidence should be running sky-high with their 2 big wins. And I think experience and confidence will overcome a young team who will eventually feel the pressure.

Hoping for Boyle but think Bowling Green will win a close one.

I have not seen BG play but Boyle looked very real against Ballard on the youtube.

I forgot to add that Boyle Co coach gets the Billy Hicks award. LOL The opposing team fouls every time and he lets the ref know about it. PP dont know who the blood is and hope this is taken the right way, but he stays on the refs and is getting better at the pacing and animation.

My kid is on the Boyle basketball team. That's the blood. I graduated from BG but my home and heart is with my Rebels!!!!!

This Boyle team can play. I've been to every Ballard game and the only opponent we faced that was better was Montverde. They gang rebound, they push the ball when they have to and they look like they're having fun. My hats off for them. By the way that#25 will only get better. Go Rebels
