Everything you mentioned has nothing to do with foster care and the state laws put down by Nevada in regards to foster care with fire arms and ammo. Those are separate issues you can make a different thread on.

I moved on from that part. LIPTON BASH showed that the supreme court ruled in favor of people's right to having a loaded gun. I said that pertains to them as individuals with accordance to the 2nd amendment, not with fostering a child which is not a right.

This just isn't true. I was going to leave this topic. But responsible gun owners aren't having their guns used by children daily. Hyperbole.

So...I guess it would be ok as well for the state of NV to tell a couple who wanted to foster adopt...ok, BUT you will have to stop going to church and you can't practice your religion any more. I mean, it's the same thing right?

What does this have to do with keeping squirrely 13-year-old foster kids separated from loaded guns? A better analogy might be when cowboys in 1870 had to take off their gunbelts before they could hit the saloons in Dodge City.
