formerkywrestler Posted March 6, 2015 Posted March 6, 2015 ...by choice! Great read: Top Blue Jays prospect Daniel Norris lives by his own code
nkuclubbaseball19 Posted March 6, 2015 Posted March 6, 2015 I read that article yesterday and agree that it is a great read. He has his head on straight and keeps his priorities in order. I like it.
Harry Doyle Posted March 6, 2015 Posted March 6, 2015 We all could steal a page or two from how he lives. Not that I had one to begin with, but my new favorite MLB'er.
Capernicus41 Posted March 6, 2015 Posted March 6, 2015 Very easy guy to root for! Great read, thanks for sharing.
PurplePride92 Posted March 6, 2015 Posted March 6, 2015 Ehhhh.....not sure how I feel about this one. I wish him well and hope he succeeds but that whole story kind of creeped me out a bit.
Clyde Posted March 6, 2015 Posted March 6, 2015 Ehhhh.....not sure how I feel about this one. I wish him well and hope he succeeds but that whole story kind of creeped me out a bit. Brothers don't do outdoors.
PurplePride92 Posted March 6, 2015 Posted March 6, 2015 Brothers don't do outdoors.I didn't want to say it.......:lol2:
swamprat Posted March 8, 2015 Posted March 8, 2015 As far as his life style, each to his own, but I respect his choice of not conforming. The Walmart he is staying at is probably the one on Highland Avenue in Clearwater. It's closer to the Blue Jays' facilities than the one on 580 in Dunedin. The causeway they mention sounds sort of like the Honeymoon Island Causeway, though anybody going 50 on that likes tickets. The only other causeway anywhere close to Dunedin would be the one that connects Clearwater to Clearwater Beach. There is the Courtney Campbell, running from Clearwater to Rocky Point across Tampa Bay, but that is 4 lane and the speed limit is 60. There are, however, 2 beaches and other places to pull off the road and park.
tark the shark Posted March 8, 2015 Posted March 8, 2015 I love it. I love the counter culture in him, when I first saw this thread, I thought the formerkywrestler was involved. Thank you for the article!
Science Friction Posted March 9, 2015 Posted March 9, 2015 Ehhhh.....not sure how I feel about this one. I wish him well and hope he succeeds but that whole story kind of creeped me out a bit. Is his van down by the river?
