Weather channel is predicting 8" of snow starting wed.

Makes me glad that the 12th Region tournament will have Friday, Saturday and Sunday to get back on the regular schedule. At the same time most region tournaments are scheduled to be finished a week before the Sweet 16 starts so while the impending game cancellations will fuel anxiety they won't hurt anyone's schedule to bad. I anticipate postponing at least one day of the 12th Region tournament.

Western Kentucky 4 - 10 inches predicted. First region is at Murray State, which even with the snow should be able to get roads decent for travel within a couple of days. But the second region is at Union County and if they get 8 inches of snow who knows when they will be able to play those games.

Hope not.

Here in Irvine, they are just giving 40% snow showers for Thursday morning then back in the 40's Friday

Might have some Friday/Sat/Mon/Tuesday boys regionals. Girls may be moved to Mon/Tues/Sat afternoon/Sunday afternoon.

Selfishly, I would love it if a few of the region tournament scheduled got rearranged. So many of them have the Wed/Thurs/Mon/Tues schedule it is gonna be hard for me to get to as many games as I'd hoped.

Don't know if the Thursday off is a contingency for the Bank of Kentucky Center and the 9th Region with both games for NKU being played at Regents Hall. Hopefully that's the case.

If there were HS sports that needed their seasons adjusted its the Spring sports.
