The Royals travel to Cynthiana Thursday night to face the Thoroughbreds in a 10th Region battle. Who wins the game and why?

Mason by 10+ bc they have the shooters and overall more talent.

Campbell County away and Harrison County away were the two 10th region games where I thought the Royals were the most vulnerable. Got the CC game with a big second-half run. Will probably take the same kind of thing to come out of Cynthiana with a win.

I agree mason county does have the shooters, but I don't know about overall more talent.

Harrison County's talent can come close to, or even match, Mason County's talent. If the Breds play to their ability, an upset is possible.

If I were writing a scouting report, I would let Thompson fall in love with the outside shot which he has a tendency to do. Shoots 32% from the 3's which is respectable, yet greatly weakens their rebounding effort without him under. The kid is a beast in the paint and shoots over 60% of his 2's, and a solid 70% free throw shooter. If he chooses not to challenge Mason's bigs, the Thorobreds could get blown out.

I predict we are going to Cynthiana, the weather is looking good!
