Last month, new Bills coach Rex Ryan vowed to build a bully. And now the team has acquired a bully.

Perhaps a fully-reformed bully, but a bully nonetheless. The Bills have announced that that the team has reached an agreement in principle with Richie Incognito.

If you screw in the nfl you don't get to work again? Man, I would think it would also be politically correct to reform and give men a second chance. Ray Rice and Adrian Peterson other examples.

This move will have no effect on Rex's future. A dogspit QB situation tells me we will see Jets 2.0.

I bet this contract will be very friendly for the Bills. All things considered, this is likely to be fairly low risk, IMO.

Smart move...low risk. If Incognito screws up again, he is out. My guess is that he will be a model citizen and very grateful to the Bills for giving him a chance.

I figured the guy would get a second chance.

My question has nothing to do with a second chance, it has to do with the way Rex does business.

I am NOT a big Rex fan AT ALL but think this is a good move. Possible upside with limited downside.

He'll make them better. Rex may be just what he needs. And he isn't from the CFL.

Looks like they're gonna sign Richie Incognito. Should do wonders for their "Bully" image.

Lost in the shuffle of the Icognito stuff is how good of a player he was. All Pro caliber. He was going to get another shot and deserves one. When I heard where he was going, I did kind of shudder knowing Rex is the type to let the inmates run the asylum.

That is the point I was trying to make.

In other words, Rex may get a short term boost and look like a genius and then the bottom will drop out.

NFL is about winning.
