How was this particular game unavoidable?

This particular game should have never been scheduled.

According to the KHSAA website, Riverside Christian had a 9-12 enrollment last year of 25, 13 of which were males.

Riverside does not mind this. Riverside gets paid to come play these games. Its been a good fundraiser for the school over the years.

Is this their team...

.500 in the NKY Catholic Middle School B League

13 males and a total of 25 students. Dang one male got to go of campus to date unless one will share. lol

I heard the score was 53-0 at the half.

There are teams that Riverside Christian could be relatively competitive with in the state, but the problem is they are few and far between.

Unless you want to travel a few hours for almost all of your games you have to play games like this to fill out the schedule.

Somerset Christian plays in a Non-KHSAA conference and has plenty of games. That seems more like what Riverside should do.

Pretty much...

I give a lot of props to Coach Turner at Riverside, as small as a school as Riverside is, he schedules one of the toughest schedules their is...

I think that coaches that play Riverside should send their freshmen and jv teams and not their varsity's.
