I would say he's had a ton of luck already. He was lucky enough to be given the talent to play football at a high level and get a free education. It's a shame he couldn't take advantage of that.

Perhaps the kind of guy that Charlie Strong could keep on the straight and narrow but that Petrino's style didn't work with.

 

Tough break for the team who loses a player for the bowl game and takes an APR hit for him.

The biggest issue to me is it shows the kid doesn't care about anyone or any institution that stood up for him and took a chance on him.

 

Tells me a lot about the kid's character.
