Investigating. I'll let you know what I can find out.

if so its 4 coaches in 4 years. Hate that for the kids more than anything. Turnover like that is never good for the program or to build any type of support.

Wrong-- it'll be 5 coaches in 4 years.

Bordas, Goodman, Martin, Eades and his replacement

Hearing the current AD Tony Sosby is giving the job to his son Nick Sosby (former Bourbon County assistant who is now an Asst Coach at Sayre).

It has been rumored that this would happen sooner or later.

thank you sir, may I have another.

I am human you know, we still make mistakes Terminator. ;)

Coach Eades is fine ... not going to get into any details on why he decided to walk away ... and yes, Nick Sosby will be the new coach.

Isn't Eads up there in age? When was the last time he had coached a game? I say things have changed since the last time he coached.

Could the coach not be the problem in this case?

The school can not keep a coach. 5 coaches in 4 years. If you are looking for a problem at that school, just look at the Admin. (Principal/AD).

Usually when a coach steps down mid-season an assistant takes over. In this case the school goes with someone that is coaching at a different school? Was the job posted, or did Daddy just hand it to his son?

I'm assuming the other assistants were asked and didn't want the job. The administration and district have to go through a process to hire a new coach. Therefore, AD just didn't hand it to his son. You all should get the whole story before you start assuming.
