I remember my dad started getting into Nascar in the late 90's when he was dating someone who was a part of a Nascar team for Ricky Rudd and he just won the Brickyard 500. I hated it, because on Sundays we would be watching football, and then he would say lets check on the race and would switch the channel for a little bit. I hated Nascar, except for maybe the last 10 laps of a race. I was very glad that he was only in his Nascar phase for like two years, because after that only football was on during Sundays lol.
