They may have gotten a little desperate as this does not seem like an upgrade to me at all. You mean people around the country saw Nebraska run off a guy after he never won fewer than nine games in his entire tenure and then said "No thanks."? Hard to believe...

December 4, 201411 yr If Alabama, Florida State or Ohio State fired a coach after a three loss season, I would understand it. But Nebraska? I would not want to send my kid to play for a program that makes such a reckless dismissal.
