My picks exactly except I got Ryle #1 and Beechwood #3 and I have SK over Scott.

I think Boone should be apart of that top ten.

Seems like you lost a lot of players last year, like Zack and Addison and some pitching.....who is gonna help Dietz on the hill to get you in the top ten?

Yea Diamond Dandy you make a good point about the players and pitchers they lost. They should be ok this year but like you said without much of a staff other than Dietz it will be hard to be a top 10 team. The up and coming pitchers definitely have the talent to step up but they aren't proven at the varsity level. IMO the Rebels could possibly be the top team in the seeding for the district but not ranked region wise. Ryle will be the best team in that district and one of the best in the region. But with Dietz when on, he can lead the Rebels to victories in all the district seeding games.

I think if Boone plays their cards right and used Dietz in district games and rest him in the games that don't mean much you could get some quality wins and have a decent record...but if you don't develop a decent 2 & 3 pitchers, Districts and Regionals could be short.

The 33rd will be very strong with Ryle and Conner leading the way while the 35th has Beechwood, CCH, and HC plus what I'm guessing will be a decent Holmes team.

:D Well I guess they weren't EXACTLY the same then were they? :D

Tell us what players Boone has to get them in the top ten....

Boone might not have the players but they have good coaching. Farris and Dietz will have to carry the team and they only lost addison and there short was the only players they really lost last season. I thought they did good last year with contributing as a team. St. Henry and HC is no better than Boone, they have Greime and there pitcher and good hitter Shank. Holy Cross got Busse but have no one else and i believe Busse wont contribute that much because he wont get much run support and you had them in front of Scott too along with Sk which is a big no no. Travis Smith carried that team and they lost Brandon Bickers who came to Scott which is a lose of an arm.

I think the Birds are going to surprise some folks this year. They've brought in a new head coach who is going to work with Mueller and spring football, which will result in a lot of very good baseball players actually playing baseball this year. Last year, it was choose one or the other, which didn't work out too well for baseball. The Birds will start slow, but towards the end of the season and tournament, I expect them to be a lot better than folks expect.

Good coaching only goes so far....coaches can't hit or pitch.

But as far as your good coach therory goes, St Henry has one of the best.

Holy Cross has a lot more than Busse, they have the best catcher in northern kentucky in Suckow and a very good pitcher in Jimmy Ryan.

Brandon Bickers only threw a couple games last summer, he caught all summer.

SK played tough at the end of the year last year and all they lost was Travis Smith.

Its' going to be very competitive in northern kentucky and very difficult to win with just 2 players.
