If I am not mistaken it what is on the list are things that were reported not necessarily that there was any wrong doing. I know there are some people on that list that it is not accurate. When I say not accurate I mean if anyone heard the real reason for being on the list they would laugh.

 

This, I know why one of the teachers is on this list. He had a student charge at him swinging a stapler at him. He restrained the student. Parents reported "Assault" to school district, therefore its on his record (this list). Teacher was not disciplined in any manner beyond having a hearing of the facts.

Assuming here, but all of the ones marked "assault" pretty much means contact of a student. IE breaking up a fight, restraining them, taking something from them, and the like.

I'd venture a guess that this is how the majority of the list is made up. There's a reason the news outlets didn't report on most of what's on the list. There's also a reason that quite a few of those people are still employed.

What actions might result in a "testing violation?"

 

I know one of the principals on the list, marked as a testing violation. If its the one I recall, the principal had the testing material on their desk in their office, while the testing was taking place. The office door was open, they were not in their office. Someone reported it.

I think all of those are fair to be on a list. However, they better damn well say you're innocent when allegations are unfounded, too.

Reports can be nothing more than unfounded allegations. I question whether reports belong on the list, at least when so much of it is subject to interpretation.

 

Convictions, sustained complaints, etc. should all be on the list.

Some of the teaching BGPers can correct me on this but I think even reports show up on the records of the teachers regardless of guilt, if thats the case then they would have to be on the public record for the teacher as well.

Are we just talking "state testing" and/or "standardized testing" (e.g. ACT); or any old exam?

Something as simple as passing tests out in the wrong order to...incorrectly reporting a seating chart.
