November 13, 201411 yr I know I am going against popular opinion, but I have tried to watch this guy and have never found him to be funny. But then again, I did not like The Office. I never liked The Office either. But I could watch Daniel Tosh for like 12 straight hours... and then watch him some more. His stand up is even better than his show.

I could see them having something to say about the whole thing as it continues getting coverage and have some bogus spin regarding their version of the web redemption. I could see Tosh.O continually attacking ESPN. We've all seen press releases from companies before over much smaller/dumber things.

They're full of it and it's clear they stole it.
