Beechwood being in the west just geographically doesn't make sense. I guess it made sense to them at the time?

I think that Raceland may be better than Frankfort at this point, but I think we are in the right spot right now. I don't like Raceland being to high. LOL.

I have no issue withe Williamsburg at number 4 because they have beat the teams on their schedule. Looking at there schedule Frankfort would have had the same record.

 

As for Raceland being better than Frankfort I am not sure havent seen Raceland play this year. Few weeks ago I would have said yes. But now I would agree based on the improvement I seen health wise and younger players development.

The 1 team that scares me more than any other is Russ. If they were ever able to put together a near mistake free game it could be trouble down here in paradise. I think Russ is #4 but realize that would not be apparent to others

Whoever meets in the finals.. If it's Beechwood and Pikeville, then I'd say those 2 would have done enough to be deservent of the 1 and 2 ranking.. Bwood would have beaten Frankfort and Mayfield/Russellville and Pikeville would have beaten Raceland and Williamsburg/Hazard and those 2 wins by each would be enough to justify being ranked #1 and #2.. I'd say the same thing is it happened to be Mayfield and Williamsburg in the finals.. Beating Russellville and either of Beechwood/Frankfort would be enough to be in top 2 and W'Burg being undefeated and beating Hazard and either Pikeville/Raceland would be enough to justify a #1 and 2 ranking.. I guess what I'm saying is the top 4 teams are pretty interchangeable and the 2 that come out with 2 wins would be deservent.. I guess if 2 of Frankfort, Raceland, Russellville or Hazard were to make it to finals, you could argue the point, but, while I think each of those 4 have the potential to knock any of the top 4 off, I don't think they could knock 2 of them off in back to back weeks to make it to BG..

If, mayfield and beechwood meet, I think that the looser of that game could beat any of the teams out of the east.

Can Frankfort beat Beechwood @ Beechwood this year though is the question of the playoffs? With Injuries?

Mayfield has only given up 95 points in 10 games this year compared to 233 in 15 games last year. 212 in 10 regular season games last year. Their defense definitely looks better.

The question is are those teams better or worse than last year?
