Manual is in the Republic Bank Classic as well. Also, the 1/31 date that Dunbar is playing in at Fairdale is a one day event. Manual is also scheduled to participate in it as well.

The 3rd annual Woodford County Invitational is Dec.18-21 in Versailles.

Anyone have any updates on the Fast Lane Classic? Last year they moved to to Lawrence County due to the building issues at Sheldon Clark. Is it going back to SC? Anyone know of teams this year. I know Lexington Catholic will be participating. I think its scheduled for November 29.

Holmes will be there. The schedule I received says it's at Sheldon Clark 11/29.

I am pretty sure that Montgomery County plays Rowan County at the Joe B. Hall Classic this year. I suppose they could have rearranged some things, but last I heard was that Rowan was playing Montgomery.

Fairly new (2011) consolidation in West Virginia. I think it combined Burch, Gilbert, Matewan, and Williamson High Schools.

Mingo Central is in West Virginia (sorry I assumed everyone would know). It is a school that was consilidated of about four or five schools in 2011. As you imagine its coal country and their nickname is the Miners. I would say their biggest rival is a Kentucky team the Belfry Pirates which is prolly 15 miles west of Mingo County, West Virginia. For a geographical perspective then Belfry is about an hour south of Louisa (Lawrence County High School)
