How bad is Boone Co.. Wow!

 

Speed hurt Boone tonight, Henry Clay had a couple of legit sprinters and there were a couple of runs where no one from Boone touched the runner.

Sam Simpson is a great man and a great coach. He has Henry Clay playing well right now.

 

Henry Clay needs to continue to work on their passing game. They have some gifted players and if they get the passing game going they could be a tough out.

 

On the other hand, I don't understand their lopsided loss to Belfry, especially after Pikeville just handled Belfry.

I was surprised with how Belfry beat Henry Clay too. As far as Pikeville goes, 1A has a new twist to say in the least.

I thought Boone would show improvement in the 2nd year for the coach. What gives?

 

Out of town road games are much tougher than home games. Boone was dominated last night but last week against Lafayette Boone was in the game late with a chance to go ahead.

Don't worry next week if Boone puts 8 and 9 in the box they will beat Dixie.
