Well the 6 has the bigger screen, better battery, NFC capability, lighter, improved finger print scanner, more durable screen glass. The processor is so much faster than the 5s though.

 

 

I had the 5C, so obviously I think it's a lot better. Some who have the 5S may wait for the 7 in hopes that it includes Beats audio integration, and other improved features. It's almost a preference choice.
