About like most rural-county schools their size. Every 10 years, they'll have a couple good ones....then a couple really bad ones...and, everything in between is scratching and clawing to hover around .500.

I think Hilton Hated coaching college. Like he said his role was limited in college. So he wanted to be some place that he could do what he does best.

Sounds like a guy that just wasn't cut out to be a college HC.

I doubt if he hated it he would just up and leave his son and not coach him at least his last year there. He could have a job anywhere after that in high school

Taylor County has been in our district since the realignment and they haven't been to the playoffs once. You will never meet a nicer coach than the one they had the last couple years, he was a really good man from the very small interactions I had with him. If I remember correctly he has had major health concerns for a while.

Graves had been diagnosed with Prostate Cancer a couple years back, and just went back for a recent check and was cancer free.

Why was he at Bourbon for 2 seasons in between his stints at Bell Co? Was it a money issue, ore something else?
