Looks like a very cool evening -- really happy for the coaches and players that were able to make that magical run happen. Still surreal to see that banner and know it is hanging at CovCath.

Thinking back on their accomplishments, it is still hard to imagine that they actually won the state championship. A fundamental case of playing them one at a time, and getting big performances when they counted. They all knew their roles and got the job done.

 

It will be great to see that banner hangng at CovCath.

Same here and I actually have been fortunate enough to win several here in Florida, but I wish more high school players felt this way. Seems to me in Kentucky that feeling still rings true and strong. Not so sure in other states unfortunately.
