As to Fairview, I think it is a wait and see approach with them. There is so much going on that it is hard to know what the deal is there. But they are a team to keep an eye on. They have been good in the past. 1A is usually not that deep in quality teams once you get past the top 10-12.

while i wouldnt put Fairview in the top 10 , i will point out you are wrong about a few things . 1st while Fairview numbers are down this year they do have more than 23 players , we have 33 and just might have around 37 before the week is out . Also during our meeting today it was told despite rumors the football program is not being investigated for any violations at all , & if anything comes from the current investigation it will not in anyway affect the football program .

It is not a KHSAA investigation , its a OEA investigation . This investigation has to do with the Super & how he resigned then was rehired , as well some missing money , not football violations

Since long before the khsaa 1st investigation, other accusations - ALL Were Correct. What wasn't the truth was the stories told by the Fairview superintendent, principal, A.D., Head and Asst. Football coaches. So, Obviously No One can't believe any of the Board Members, Superintendent, Principals (h.s. & elementary) or anyone else in the Fairview administration, most of the teachers and/or football program / boosters.

I don't know how long that you have been around Fairview but this kind of thing along with a lot that I feel sure hasn't came out for years and years.

I agree with others in that Hazard could very well be the team to come out of the East. I believe that Hazard along with Williamsburg probably should be the pre season favorites in EKY.

I also think, as these rankings show that Frankfort and Mayfield are better than anyone in EKY.

Frankfort has as good of a 1,2,3 attack as good as anyone in the state regardless of class. Jalen Washington is fast and faster in person on Friday nights. As talented of a play maker as any class A athlete. Anthony Robinson came into his own last year as a sophomore at qb. He's big, fast, big arm and nasty demeanor on defense as well. He can run it and throw it with the best. Remember the name Jalen Acree this year! He will rush for a 1000 with around 15 Tds. He's a brute. He's one when you see em in person you say "Who is that?" He looks the part of a d1 running back. Along with Robinson he plays nasty on defense, super aggressive like the rest of the Frankfort d.

I noticed you didnt quote my whole comment . I didnt say parents lie , or they dont know some things . I was simply making a point that parents do not know all things. Ram said he had heard from a parent that Fairview only had 23 players come out for football , & i said parents did not know how many had signed up .thats something parents wouldnt know. Coaching staff was well aware some wouldnt be at the 1st few practices but they had signed up. For an outsider you have strong slandering words about some people such as teachers. Ive been in Westwood , & around Fairview my entire life. I agree you cant trust the board they all need gone, Bill Musick needs gone , & the other 2 problems are already gone, but dont blame everybody in Westwood or working atFairview thats taking things too far . They're many good people in Westwood , & many good people working at Fairview.

I do not put a lot of stock in what happened in the past for current rankings

As Snake said, we will know a lot more about a very talented but young Mf squad on Fri but until then I would have the Cards at #3
