Heisey at 3rd, 1 out. Cool Papa Bill at the plate.

That didn't take long. The go ahead run rests in the capable lumber of Kay Bruce.

Bruce whiffs on a pitch a way out the strike zone.

Sums up the Reds season, great pitching, very limited offense and untimely hitting. It is torture watching this team play!

Marlins got the runner in from third with one out and the Reds could not even put the bat on the ball!

Bruce K's to end the inning.

Bruce's batting average is 188 and he's batting 2nd? Brian Price must be smoking some of Dusty's leftovers. :lol2:

What ever happened to the guy that used to say "Bruce is all hype." I think that guy would get the last laugh this year.

I would just like to see Brian Price show some emotion and fire. It gets old listening to him game after game making excuses as to why they lost. It goes something like this, " we pitched great, should have won. They just had some timely hits, which we did not. It is not for lack of effort, guys are still giving it all they have."

Homer has a 2.38 ERA over his last 5 starts. 0-1 record.
