Yeah I thought that was dumb.

 

I also hated how right when they got to Glenn the bat boy was interrupted. They couldn't think of a better way to get them out of it? Cmon go all Game of Thrones on us and off a main character from time to time.

I thought the episode was pretty good. The early scene where they were beating with ball bats & slashing throats--that was really tense & the highlight of the episode IMO.

 

That was one of the most grisly scenes I’ve ever watched on tv – yuk.

 

I have to bring my lap top to watch the WD to distract myself from such scenes, and still feel haunted the next day. However, the entire rest of family is riveted, and over it immediately.

This episode was really really good. Easily one of the best season premiere of the series besides the very first episode. Tyreese is a force to be reckoned with as is carol. And too see Morgan finally left that town and is heading straight for Rick is just awesome. Well done AMC well done :thumb:

 

Easily the best premiere since ep.1, but Walking Dead usually starts strong, but finds a way to lose me shortly therafter,especially last season

I actually liked the way that actor played that role, would like to see some one like that in the cast. He would have made a good bad guy for the season

Yeah that was a bit far fetched. But overall I loved the episode.

 

 

 

I want Rick to go back and kill that guy so bad. Telling him he was going to kill him with that sword was pretty awesome. Hope it happens.

Interesting set up if "that guy T didn't kill" comes back and kills him or someone he cares about.

Cable record 17.3 million viewers for the Season 5 premiere. The previous record was TWD Season 4 premiere, which drew 16.1 million viewers.

 

People can say what they want about this show, but it's a television phenomenon.

They probably need to kill someone off, to be honest. Too many cooks in the kitchen right now, especially when you consider Morgan is going to return & the preacher/priest will be introduced next week.

Agreed, I'm going with Glenn or Maggie. It can't be Rick or Darryl. I think people would honestly protest if they killed off Darryl.

I predicted that one of them wouldn't survive Season 4, which obviously wasn't right, but I'm with you.

 

Too many males on the show & two more to come, so I'm saying Glenn. And I don't look for Morgan to last very long either.
