Reds @ Padres (6/30 - 7/2)

Featured Replies

Reds are playing great baseball and have moved into second in the division and tied for the wild card spot. Probables:

Latos 1-0, 2.89 vs Hahn 3-1, 2.38

Leake 6-6, 3.41 vs Kennedy 5-9, 4.01

Cueto 8-5, 1.86 vs Ross 6-8, 3.18

I had to post early as I'm on vacation at Lake Erie and wasn't sure when I could start the thread. Reds guaranteed a winning road trip but sure would like to see them take 2 of 3.

Tyson Ross always pitches we'll against us it feels like.... Not a whole lotta balls going out at San Diego so gonna have to continue to string some hits together. Like the way the club is playing

Pitching, pitching, pitching.

Best thing about facing him is it's when Cueto takes the hill. Much like Friday night, it'll be first team to score wins. I like the Reds chances with Johnny.

You just know Latos is going to be hyped for tonight's game. Hopefully he keeps it in check and isn't too "up" for the game.

Our starters could string together lots and lots of 0s in this series. Lets keep the wins coming!

The Padres have scored 59 runs in the month of June. They've played 26 games....That's just over 2 a game....Yikes!

Seems like he throws that nasty breaker that we have trouble laying off of. Here's hoping he's off on Wednesday.

Odd start to the game.

Hamilton quickly fell behind 0–2, then lines a single to right. He promptly gets thrown out trying to steal second, then Frazier walks.

Votto hits a deep fly ball to Right Ctr., Cameron makes a sliding catch and doubles Frazier off of first. End of the inning.
