ColonelCrazy
I've never heard Thom so excited about a routine fly ball.
ColonelCrazy
Frazier hit one just left of center, about 10 feet short of the warning track. You would've thought he hit it 430 to the power alley if you listened to Thom.

Voice of Reason
That is ridiculous that Cabrerra isn't out. I go back to the discussion when Puig flinched after crossing first on an overthrow. He made no real attempt to go to second but because he flinched the umps called him out. This play tonight the runner clearly stepped past the base and did not retouch it on his way back to first but he is safe. I certainly want to hear the explanation on that call. I thought even though he did over step it, he was in the motion of turning around so it put it in that gray area.
ColonelCrazy
Not exactly the best AB by BP there.
ColonelCrazy
San Diego gets one hit but wins 1-0. Great game by Latos. Unfortunately he had NO help tonight. Padres obviously pitched very well, too. Their bullpen was tough.
