Sons of Anarchy Season 7 (Final Season)

Featured Replies

So am I the only one who cried or the only one admitting it?

I got tight in the throat at several points in the show:

The very beginning at the cemetery

Jax and Nero

The vote, anything with the Sons

The ending

Very, very well done series finale that gets better after seeing it twice

Breaking Bad, now Sons and soon Justified and Mad Men, don't know what on the horizon is going to replace these wonderful series

The end

Some of you all would be just awful to hang out with. :lol2: My goodness' date=' it's a TV show. Stop trying to make sense of every little thing that happens, and just enjoy it for the entertainment value.[/quote']

We're all entitled to our own opinion. I loved this show the first two seasons. If you are ok with it, good for you. I didn't like it. I only stuck with the show because I'd put in so much time, kind of like with Dexter.

I thought the way they had Jax tie up all the loose ends was perfect. In the past, all those things would happen over the course of a season, carefully planned out, and executed. With Jax knowing his fate, he didn't have to come up with clever schemes or plans. Do what ya gotta do, and the hell with the consequences. The blowback is on him, and him alone. Nothing goes back to the club, and the club can finally go legit (if they want to), with nothing keeping them tied to the crime and bloodshed, etc.

If you only loved this show for 2 seasons, you've wasted a lot of your time sticking with it, you should have read a book or something:rolleyes:

Thanks for telling me how I should spend my free time. :lol2:

If you must know, I didn't know the 3rd season would suck, so I watched it. I thought the next season would be better, and while it was, it still wasn't as good as it used to be. By that time, I'd invested to much time in the show so I stuck with it.

Where's Wallace at String?

That one too......

He was out of pocket though so....yeah.

You mean the whole vote that didn't really mean what they wanted us to think it meant? :lol2:

True, but we didn't know that then.

They voted for Mayhem and it seemed as if Jax decided to do it himself saying later that he wouldn't put that on them. I think they voted thinking they were going to kill him and Jax let them off of the hook by doing it himself.

I think they knew the whole time but it wasa cheap trick on the audience.

I agree. And it worked on me.

I can't believe you all liked the ending so much.

I thought it was pretty stupid. Not as bad as I expected I guess.

Lol because you are the most negative and hard to please poster on BGP. I'm a self admitted SOA fan boy and fan this final episode to be an all time get lined up next to other great dramas and their final episode..

PP92 I'm with you. I'm man enough to admit my eyes swelled up. Jax had to go but didn't want to see it.

HB is entitled to his opinion and I don't care if I'm alone. SOA is my favorite drama of all time. I wouldn't change a thing because even the episodes that disappointed tied into the entire story line and I think Sutter wrote a masterpiece.

I love the Wire and they had a bad season but it all helped the entire story. Why focus on the negative and not just appreciate the great entertainment and story.

The whole episode. There were a few good episodes this season but for the most part this show has sucked for a while.

It seemed to me like they were trying to symbolize Jax as Jesus. The homeless woman had the bread and wine (last supper), Jax sacrificed himself for the club and for his sons, and he had his arms out like he was being crucified when he died.

That's especially stupid, imo.

Also didn't like how easy it was to kill a IRA King. And killing August and Barovsky almost didn't matter they happened so quick.

Like I said, it wasn't as bad as I expected...but I'm glad the show is over.

Hater. Don't be so jaded, man -- that's no way to live.

The Wire and Sons are easily two of my favorite shows ever.

After Beverly Hills 90210(original series).

If they knew then why go through the motions with the vote?
