I guess that would be for a judge to decide...but an undercover can buy or sell drugs....so I don't know. She could have said that to see if they would take the bait.

September 25, 201411 yr I'm still convinced Nero is going to become a villain to the club. Didn't they say it was someone in a Blue Impalla that ran the MC off the road at the end of last season? They have on multiple occasions this season shown Nero driving what i believe to be a blue Impalla. In last week's episode Nero got out of the car and the camera stopped panning with the characters and just held on the car for a second. Sutter is telling us something with that IMO.
