I'd guess that many AD's are fired by a Principal/Superintendent or a Booster. The AD just delivers the news.

From what I have read Heflin and Racke are still battling for the starting QB spot. Heflin is the Chad Lawrence type while Racke is going to be more like Kuntz according to what I have read.

Both are capable, but, Heflin could be used at other positions (slot, rb) if he does not play qb. Not true of Racke.

Based upon Marksberry's pictures of the beach on Twitter, he probably would not mind extending the dead period until August!

If he keeps winning football games, I say we should let him have the extra time away.
