Are you generally a "free market" guy?

Don't like the prices, don't buy gas.

Ha. Good answer. You work? Have a family? Have other bills?

Just another pitiful statement as to how things are in this country.

My argument would be that we pay what the market bears.

Why would we want the govt to limit the price a private business can charge?

You and I have other options if we want to spend less for gas. Move closer to where we often drive. Buy a car that gets better gas mileage. Drive less.

Keep point REP AND DEM IN CHARGE WHO ARE TIED TO THE OIL COMPANIES AND THEIR GOONS AND THIS IS WHAT YOU GET.

Yes, not yet, and yes.

Bottom line, if you want the prices to change, stop driving, and stop paying for gas. That's the only way it'll ever happen. If you have to have easily accessible transportation, you have to pay it. No sense complaining about it IMO.

Most of the places I saw this afternoon were $3.99.9

I wondered why there were so many cars at the Newport Pavillion Krogers at 3 today. Gas was $3.68.

Sorry, no disrespect, but I'm not bending over that easy.

The way I look at it is, I have to work. The only way that's feasible for my job is to own a car. Therefore, I have to pay for gas, regardless of the price. I typically don't even look at the prices when I go to fill up. :idunno:

So what are you going to do? Complaining has done any good so far.

Putting not point(Was in a huge hurry when I posted this)

I know, I know.

We buy better fuel efficient autos to get more miles per gallon thereby consuming less petrol, we pay more for because of "glut". When we were using more, we pay more because of "supply and demand". We cannot and will not win, I'm going out kickin' and screamin'. And yes I know, oil business could care less.
