He's insignificant on their roster, so he can be made example of. Mike Pouncey on the other hand made a more agregious comment last week, but Mike is significant on their roster and he only got a talking to. Bad form at least.

I thinks its nasty and disgusting. Yes I did say worse when I seen it as did everyone I know. You cant say a straight man didnt think that was God awful when he saw it. He's allowed to be shocked. But he's also a public figure who represents a company whose profitability is largely based on image. He should have kept it to himself instead of Tweeting it, and since he chose to publicly share his opinion, his employer chose to publicly act in response to his comments by fining and suspending him, as was their right.

This isn't about conformity, or bending over backwards to appease somebody. Was it maybe uncomfortable for somebody to look at?? Sure. It was a little shocking. But ultimately, it was just two people kissing, sharing a joyous moment together. Doesn't affect me, or change the way I live one bit. I'm also not scared it will make my children gay, or lead to the end of society. There is no "fight" to fight here. Gay people have always, and will continue to be present in society. Straight people "fighting" that, will never change anything. They will exist no matter how hard you fight it. Just like you don't like having conformity forced on you, the gay community doesn't like it very much either. Why is it so difficult to let everyone just enjoy a little happiness regardless of who they like to kiss.
