August 2, 201412 yr I have a bunch of them. Shoot me a PM if you want me to mail them to you. The offer still stands. I'll even spring for the shipping.
August 25, 201412 yr I've not read a single Reacher book, but I know a lot of you have. Barnes & Noble email I just got says #19 in the series comes out September 2nd. It's called Personal. You can leave the army, but the army doesn’t leave you. Not always. Not completely, notes Jack Reacher—and sure enough, the retired military cop is soon pulled back into service. This time, for the State Department and the CIA. Someone has taken a shot at the president of France in the City of Light. The bullet was American. The distance between the gunman and the target was exceptional. How many snipers can shoot from three-quarters of a mile with total confidence? Very few, but John Kott—an American marksman gone bad—is one of them. And after fifteen years in prison, he’s out, unaccounted for, and likely drawing a bead on a G-8 summit packed with enough world leaders to tempt any assassin. If anyone can stop Kott, it’s the man who beat him before: Reacher. And though he’d rather work alone, Reacher is teamed with Casey Nice, a rookie analyst who keeps her cool with Zoloft. But they’re facing a rough road, full of ruthless mobsters, Serbian thugs, close calls, double-crosses—and no backup if they’re caught. All the while Reacher can’t stop thinking about the woman he once failed to save. But he won’t let that that happen again. Not this time. Not Nice. Reacher never gets too close. But now a killer is making it personal. http://www.barnesandnoble.com/w/personal-lee-child/1119055398?r=1&ean=9780804178747&cm_em=first_john4_9%40yahoo.com&cm_mmc=Full%20File-_-Pre-Order-_-140825_FF_PRE_PREORDER_SOLO-_-NA

October 30, 201411 yr "No one talked, but they all said plenty." Classic Jack Reacher line. (from 'Personal') I just couldn't get through this one. First time ever for a Reacher book.
October 30, 201411 yr I just couldn't get through this one. First time ever for a Reacher book. Why? I'm still working on it, have not had much time to devote to it. (But will add that when it is a REALLY good one, I can't help but make the time.)
December 22, 201411 yr I am a huge Jack Reacher fan. I have read all of Lee Child's books. This last one, "Personnal" was really really hard to get into. I started and stopped reading it several times. Finally finished. But it was more like a chore.
