I will be taking a trip the The Ville in a couple weekends with Mrs. Birdbrain and Tweety to see Miley Cyrus…(somewhat against my will, although I'm really looking forward to the tweaking). I do believe that heat will be riding along. Don't want to do the back up speed bump because the repairs cost way too much on luxury SUV….but I do aim center mass every time...

 

This with .410 Birdshot would do a good job dispersing a small crowd.

What would have happened if the guy drives into them instead of getting out of his car...guessing he's arrested. Not that he should be, but I think he would have been.

 

Then I would be arrested because if a mob tries to pull me out of a car the only thing stopping my car from moving is the build up of bodies under it.

Seriously though, I've lived in Louisville my whole life and I've never been afraid of downtown. Now, there are certain parts of Louisville I have not and would never go alone, but truthfully downtown has never been one of them. This is something new. It's really disconcerting and horrifying. It's especially awful for those of us who have been preaching the merits of urban life in the city for years.

 

What awful manner of people do things like this?

If I lived in the Ville I would certainly be packing everywhere I go after this BS.

 

If it were me and my family, there would have been some dead teenagers because I would have hit the pedal and thumped as many as I could. I have no compassion for violent people who attack the innocent. If I was packing I would spray as many as I could and ask questions later.

 

This stuff pisses me off so much. The poor kids are going to be scarred no doubt.

This. I have often ran, alone, at night, in these areas. Not once did I feel unsafe.

I've got one of those. But I keep it loaded with .410 personal defense rounds and 2 .45 hollowpoints.
