So, with Mayfield moving out of 1A and into 2A, what does that do to those two classes in regards to state title favorites? And with both Highlands and Cov Cath moving up from 4A to join Bowling Green in 5A, who are the favorites for championships in those classes? Are there going to be any notable differences coming forth in 3A and 6A any time soon?

Unfortunately I'm not as familar with 1-3 A outside a couple top teams so I'm sure there are others I missed.

The defending 3A champs who have been in the Finals 7 of the last 10 years will be a major factor the next 4 years

Caldwell County- They'll lose Sindelar after next year, but there is a dang solid pipeline running through Princeton even with his departure

E-town- Really expect them to make some noise in the first year. They'll make a legit run.

3A is pretty stacked to say the least.

6A - The usual suspects

5A - BG, Highlands, Cov. Cath. and I would say Pulaski has a pretty good thing going right now

4A - John Hard, Warren Central, Johnson Central, and Collins

3A - The top 22 teams in 3A...lord, what a slugfest!

2A - Mayfield, O-Cath, Murray, New Cath

1A - Beechwood...remember in the movie Billy Madison when he goes back to elementary school and runs things on the playground? Yeah, that's pretty much what you've got now in 1A.

Don't sleep on Raceland in Class A.

Are we forgetting Belfry?
