Campbell County 68 Montgomery County 61 (10th Region Championship)

Moving back home?

I would think they have the Internet in counties or states other than Montgomery?

Gotta have skin a little thicker than that if you are willing to dish it out.

Not sure why the hostilities. It seems obvious what is and has happened over there in the past couple of years. It makes them very hard to root for. Some might even say justice has been served.

You wouldn't like it in the 6th 7th 9th or 11th regions then. Oh I forgot to include the rest of the state. It's getting more and more like college every year.

That maybe the case but it is ridiculous if you ask me. Develop your kids and build your program. It is EXACTLY what coach Russell and Gross are doing in Campbell County!

GO CAMPBELL COUNTY!

You are so correct.....

4. No recruiting comments or allegations of KHSAA rules violations by any school, coach, player or booster are allowed. No comments about where any player lives, has lived, or where they are from in a recruiting context. This is not the place to report KHSAA violations. Feel free to contact the KHSAA to report such violations, but do not discuss violations here.

Nice article here. And here's a little blurb from it that I thought was very telling:

EXTRA POINTS: The Camels limited Montgomery County to 32 percent from the field (8-for-25) in the second half after the Indians shot 54.5 percent (12-for-22) in the first half. Campbell County was a touch better before halftime (13-of-22, 59.1 percent) and managed 42.9 percent (9-of-21) in the second half. … The difference was 3-pointers. The Camels finished with five in 11 tries, Montgomery County with three – in 11 tries.

Camels take 10th regional title

Only thing to say about Montgomery Co and Campbell Co, is grats to both teams on a great season. Unfortunately, Montgomery co came up short this time. But whether you like them or not, give the kids the props, for making it to the Regional Finals. Let's not take away from the kids' accomplishments on either team. GO CAMELS AND COACH RUSSELL. ALL OF NEWPORT IS ROOTING FOR YOU.

??????
I think what he is trying to say is he would root for them if the kid was from Camargo not Chicago, just saying.

Go Camels!!!!!!

......... or maybe even downtown Jeffersonville.:lol2:

All of the Camels played well!!!!!!!! Something that you don't see in the stats, updates, or even hear on the radio much. How many MoCo shots were either not taken, or were altered around the basket by Matt Wilson. He has STEPPED UP his game the past couple of weeks.

......... or maybe even downtown Jeffersonville.:lol2:
