WCPO Cincy has shared "projected" snow totals from 6" in Maysville to 10" in Wilmington. I'm not buying it until we get an nWo verified snow/ice/rain swath.

Ol Man Winter appears to want to go out with a bang at Greater Cincinnati expense! Not due to this forecast of course, the family does need a gallon of milk and a loaf of bread. :)

Suffice to say if this does go down as currently forecasted the tri-state could break the snowfall record of 53.9", we're at 44" according to FOX19 news.

Anyone that says they enjoy this is just being an argumentative butthole.

I don't want ice, but I would love a big snowfall.

For Central KY:

THE LATEST FORECASTS CONTINUE TO INDICATE THE POTENTIAL FOR A WINTER STORM TO AFFECT THE REGION SUNDAY INTO MONDAY. AT THIS TIME...PRECIPITATION ACROSS THE REGION WILL LIKELY BEGIN AS RAIN SATURDAY NIGHT AND CONTINUE THROUGH THE DAY ON SUNDAY. BY SUNDAY EVENING...

COLD AIR WILL QUICKLY PUSH IN FROM THE NORTH CHANGING THE RAIN TO A WINTRY MIX OF FREEZING RAIN...SLEET AND EVENTUALLY SNOW.

THIS SYSTEM MAY BRING HAZARDOUS DRIVING CONDITIONS TO MUCH OF THE REGION LATE SUNDAY AND MONDAY MORNING.RESIDENTS OF CENTRAL KENTUCKY SHOULD KEEP ABREAST OF THE LATEST FORECASTS THIS WEEKEND. STAY TUNED TO NOAA ALL HAZARDS WEATHER RADIO AND YOUR LOCAL MEDIA FOR THE LATEST ON THIS WINTER WEATHER SITUATION.

Everyone should be preparing now for this storm. I just took a quick glance at this morning's runs. WOW! Cincinnati/NKY right now 4-6 inches. What has me worried is parts of Kentucky. All of WKY through Lexington to Emerson, Ky. This narrowing band is center on the Bluegrass PKWY. Get ready. It is showing .50-.75" of ice!!! :scared:

I'll give updates as soon as I can.
