football momma Posted February 27, 2014 Posted February 27, 2014 Let's talk about it. The last matchup was a battle and very fun to watch. What say you about tonight's game?
hittheboards19 Posted February 27, 2014 Posted February 27, 2014 Holy Cross still missing a starter, No. 5 Hassert. She's been out for a while, and I think she's now out for the year. Had a back injury, then in the earlier game against Notre Dame, had her feet taken out from under her and landed right on her spine. Stress fracture, as I was told. That won't help the Indians any. She averaged about 8 a game last year as a sophomore, including 18 against NCC when the Tribe thumped them last year. When one of the twins gets into foul trouble, she slides easily into the No. 4 spot. Hassert's like 5-foot-9, but Holy Cross has been starting a freshman in her spot, and going with three guards.
basketballcoach22 Posted February 27, 2014 Posted February 27, 2014 This will be a good one to watch. I think either has a legitimate shot at winning the championship. Good matchups from both teams...I'd say NDA by 7.
paNDA Posted February 27, 2014 Posted February 27, 2014 (edited) One of my favorite coaches, Kes Murphy, plays against one of my favorite teams, NDA. I will just watch this and pull for a safe good game since both advance. How is that for political correctness. Edited February 27, 2014 by paNDA
Drunk Johnny Posted February 27, 2014 Posted February 27, 2014 Going to be very tough for Holy Cross to pull this one out. They don't go very deep on the bench to begin with and out a player is going to make it even harder. Could be close most of the game but Notre Dame to talented and deep. Notre Dame by 8 to 10 points.
Sportfan21 Posted February 27, 2014 Posted February 27, 2014 To get the win, HC has to find a way to work it in underneath. ND packed it in tight on them in their last game-and challenged HC to shoot from outside.

gobigblue9 Posted February 27, 2014 Posted February 27, 2014 I'm sure it will be more of the same tonight. The first game ND won by 6 and HC had 22 turnovers cut those in half could be the difference.
stinkyboy II Posted February 28, 2014 Posted February 28, 2014 HC over NDA 36-33 Is this a prediction, an in-game score or a final??
