Game went to OT. Scott up by 2 points with .9 seconds on the clock. Amazingly, with that much time Cooper gets the rebound and makes the shot to tie the game.

.9 seconds turned into about 3. Ball was tipped around rolled on the floor and gathered up and put in. Maybe we need to consider possibly having KHSAA officials running the clock at games. What if this was a region or district game...

The ball never hit the floor. It was tipped by Phillip Hawkins into the hands of Sean McNeil.

It was on the floor. Even if it wasn't, tipped to someone for a layup in .9 seconds. I don't think that's possible.

No way! This was a brilliant well executed play on the part of the Jags. Colin intentionally missed a free throw attempt and Phillip tipped it to the vacated spot on the low block. Sean slide down behind them from the third spot on the lane. He caught the tip and laid it in. Could not have been executed any better. Great coaching on Sully's part to have Colin shoot his free throw from the right side of the foul line giving him an easier angle to miss the shot. Great tip by Phillip and the lay in by Sean. I love it when coaches plays are ran to absolute perfection. Nice win Jags. Congrats!

The play occurred right in front of me and I have seen video from a parent. The ball was caught in midair by McNeil and put in. The ball never touched the floor.

I asked one of the Cooper players and I was told that the player that got in at the end of the game (that the student section was chanting to get in the game) was a player that was severely hurt during his sophomore year. They said it was a long comeback trail and he never missed a practice during the time period.

Great to see Parth get into the game and even more exciting to see all the kids on the bench erupt with excitement and joy for him getting into the game and scoring. Also, a huge shout out to all the seniors on senior night. Best of luck fellas as you enter that tough 33rd district tournament.
