Coach Ross was a great coach and is a great person that only wanted to help trouble youth, I will defend him to the end. All that looks wrong 25 years later was not wrong when it happened.

 

:thumb: Absolutely, and it may have been his daughters. At one daughters wedding - he told me at the reception ..."I just lost the best scout that I ever had" That daughter grew up with and knew football. :lol2: Not that the others didn't, just that one loved it and the x's / o's part of it.

They can weed through the applications as they come in and they can go ahead and conduct interviews if they choose to. They just can't hire anyone officially until the job has been posted for 30 days.

Do they have to wait 30 days if they hire a coach already on staff? I was under the impression that you don't have to wait 30 days if it is only a coach hiring.

You are right. Actually for a coaching job, they don't have to wait the 30 days period, no matter if they hire from within or hire somebody from California.

 

For a teaching job, though, they must post it for 30 days. And since most coaching jobs come hand in hand with a teaching job...
