How can you lean IN to the defender & not be called for the charge??

 

Because it's not. It's "drawing" a foul. Every player does it defender needs to stay straight up and not bend arms in.

Definitely didn't look like a foul on Randle, maybe a small push in the back but it was very ticky tack.

Lee with the definite elbow, no reason to be up that high.

Don't know that it's much of an "elbow" on Lee. Didn't look like much. I thought he was just trying to block out.

These players suck at the line. They just shoot straight, no bending of the knees or anything.
