April 13, 201412 yr Author Back to the top for this one. Tonight should be an outstanding episode with something I've been waiting on for 2 years. Are we sure its going to happen tonight? I honestly thought I read that will be episode 3. Semi Spoiler, didnt want to give anything away
April 13, 201412 yr Are we sure its going to happen tonight? I honestly thought I read that will be episode 3. Semi Spoiler, didnt want to give anything away I can see it and the immediate repercussions being the closing scene, kind of a cliffhanger until next week, but I'm not sure. Replied in kind.
April 14, 201412 yr Been looking forward to that scene since I read the book. That might be the most unlikeable character ever. Sent from my iPhone using Forum Runner
April 14, 201412 yr Author For book readers and show watchers, which was a bigger turning point. Joffery or Robbs death?
April 14, 201412 yr I'll be honest. I was a little disappointed with how it went down tonight. I wanted Arya to end it. I'll take it though.
April 14, 201412 yr Author ^Aryas story is about to take off. Next season he plot line is gonna be real fun.
April 14, 201412 yr The two deaths elicited completely different emotions when I first read them. I had no idea that either one was getting ready to happen. Robb's shocked me as I had him pegged and the leader that would unite the realm again. Wow was I wrong. Joffrey's surprised me as well but I had to re-read it to make sure it had happened. I hated to see Robb go but was very happy to see Joffrey go. In the great scheme of things though Joffrey's death was probably more monumental as it put a whole lot of sub-plots into motion. For those who haven't read the books hold on, it will be a bumpy ride.
April 14, 201412 yr It's been a few years since I read the third book in the series. I had forgotten how that whole wedding scene went down. This season is already nutty.
April 14, 201412 yr Wasn't a huge fan of last night's episode, until the final scene. The three plot lines I really enjoy from the show are Dany, Arya, and Jon Snow. None of them in this episode made it a bit dull for me. I always get a kick out of the Twitter reactions by those who didn't read the books when something big like this and the Red Wedding happen.
April 14, 201412 yr I am so glad I had no clue weekday was happening last night. I love surprises, especially ones like last night.

April 14, 201412 yr ^It's been so long since I read the 3rd book, I don't even remember where/how it ends. :lol2:
