We usually have at least 3. Let's count them....1....2....what? 0.....ZERO.....NONE.....NATA.....How can this be? Northern Ky!!!! Just across the river from high school football heaven. What is going on here? 6 new state champs, scattered evenly all across the Commonwealth, except for the Northern Ky region. It just isn't fair.

Sorry...couldn't resist.

....and your point with this thread????

To irritate you

Stranger things have happened! Congrats to the rest of the state!

Just some good-natured fun

Aren't you kinda chastising the rest of the state by pointing out how long it's been with your sarcasm.

Nah.....just stirring the pot.

For me, I think this is the best thing that could have happened to KY football. I love that there is another team in 4a to deal with now. I truly hope they can sustain it and that's not a knock on them. I hope they do.

As for the others, time will tell. I can bet that the kids from T, X, and HHS now have a little extra motivation. They dont like to be the class that doesnt do it. so we'll have to see how that turns out for them. Maybe it's a trend that is working its way in (which I hope is the case), or maybe it was just "one of those years". Time will tell. It's still great for the state!

Walter know about this? He may need some new goggles for Christmas

Sure is a lot of hatin' this Christmas season.

...

You know since KY went to 6 classes NKY has never won a 3A title:rolleyes:

I don't look at it as hatin. It's all in good fun. I think they are just showing how great NKY teams have usually been and this is a rate occasion.

No big deal.
