November 24, 201312 yr Final from Athens. One more week until another abysmal season is in the books.

November 24, 201312 yr Sounds like some additional scholarships might be opening up after this season. Was something said? I must have missed it, didn't catch radio post game or tv broadcast.
November 24, 201312 yr Author ^ I heard the very end of Stoops' comments but didn't hear the specifics. Matt Jones is talking about it on the post-game call-in show & he says that Stoops talked about personnel changes in the off-season.

November 24, 201312 yr I still believe in Stoops. He was hired because he had a detailed plan to turn this around and all along he said it would be a process. Remember he has Barker, Snodgrass, and Horton coming in January and they will have a spring practice under them. Things will turn around and soon.

All of this may very well be true, but I ca't help but feel sorry for Stoops. I recognize that he makes a big salary and is a grown man but I doubt if he thought it would be this difficult at UK. He is learning the hard way that there is no football culture at UK.
