NDA gets its 2nd state title in 3 years.

Excellent! Hated to miss this one.

Down here. Nd not necessarily the better team but their defense was definitely the best. Sha only had shots from 20 plus yards out. They passed and controlled the ball better than any team ice seen this year. Boys or girls but couldn't attack inside the 15.

Well done pandas. Great job to the many fans that travelled

NDA finishes season with 11 straight shutouts.

Congrats to the ladies from Park Hills!!!

Quite an accomplishment. There were some REALLY good girls' soccer teams out there this year.

Some would say the better team won. If you can hold the other team to 0 in soccer, the worst you can do is tie. ND was one shootout loss away from a 3-peat.

If you hold a team to 3 shots on goal while scoring 2 goals yourself I'd say you were probably the better team OldTime. Sounds like the Pandas have a pretty dominant defense. Passing and possession is fine but if you can't make it happen in that final third it doesn't get you much. Congrats to NDA.

Congrats to the Pandas on your State Title. Way to represent NKY :thumb:

This ND coaching staff and kids "just get it", impressive imo...

Congratulations NDA Pandas!

I took my daughter to see this game last night. Both teams were very skilled. But NDA was the better team period. NDAs defense never let any SHA player get behind them in the final third of the field all night. They guarded SHAs intended pass targets down-field all night and wouldn't allow any deep progess down the field. IMO SHA didn't have one serious threat to score all night, the Panda D was that good.

Congrats to NDA!

Ok. To clarify my stmt. IMO sha passed and controlled the ball better than nd did. Nds defense controlled the game however. As mentioned I didn't see a sha shot from under 20 yards away and none I would consider a threat. I don't have the stats but I would bet you that sha had the higher possession time. Partially because nds defense kept turning them away

Pandas deserved the victory and seemed to want it more.

Hopefully that makes sense.
