I agree South Oldham should be ranked over Conner because of the head to head win.

WC will beat Graves by 14+ in the 2nd round. I'm putting that out there. I may be wrong, but I doubt it...and I doubt very much that you will find more than 1 year in every 10 where 90% of people wouldn't pick WC over Graves in a head-to-head.

WC may well beat them and if they do then they'd deserve to be ranked over them, but, until that time, Graves has had the better resume on the year. I'd venture to say if Trinity were to play Male in a rematch, most would pick Trinity to win, but, Male still deserves to be ranked over them at this time.

Birdfan, I fully expect WC to be at BG 3rd week of pkayoffs and like last time it will be a very hard fought game, especially early. WC is not scared of BG. They are our cross-town rivals and are getting some love for showing up against a good Highlands squad.

Health is becoming a serious concern though, especially in the special teams game.

 

The Graves game will be a tough one to win. I never meant to indicate that I thought this was going to be some sort of walkover, just that I thought with a razor thin margin that WC was better. Warren Central will not just give the game to anyone though, they will definitely fight.

I agree Graves will be tough on the road, but not tougher than Highlands. Everyone is banged up at this time of year. Again I think the Dragons visit BG again 3rd week of playoffs.

WC is a team that doesn't give up.

They'll probably move ahead of Conner and maybe 1 more spot, at best. They did just give up 71 points in a loss and apparently scored a lot of points on 1/2 a JV unit, according to what's been said. Had HHSs D been a shutdown D all year, it'd be more impressive, but, there D has had quite a few games where other teams have had good success and scored several points, even when they were at full speed.
