The Bristol is my "go to" restaurant when I can't decide where to go or what I want to eat. For the past 25 years, I've never been disappointed in what I chose from the menu or the service.

There was a period of time where drinks at the Bristol in the Highlands was my go-to spot for drinks on a date. Nice bar area and a very good menu if you're looking for food.

Discussions like this make me realize just how little I go out to real restaurants. I've now been forced to consider the incredibly high percentage of meals away from my home that are taken at either Shenanigans or the Dundee Tavern...

The burgers at Shenanigans are delicious. The Charlie Strong burger, specifically.

I see good reviews of Buck's but you are the first person I know who has been there. Next time we talk at Trinity or wherever, I may have to bring up Buck's and pick your brain about what to order there. I have always liked Old Louisville so that adds to it.

I can't remember the Louisville restaurants name but it was like dining in Sanford and son's living room . The theme was early Goodwill but The food was very good .

Sounds like the way some people describe the Garage or whatever the restaurant on East Market is called that is like eating in an actual garage.
