Collins should walk through this.

SK will win the 8th!

I truly enjoyed the 2 times I was able to see Carson Williams play this summer. Will he dominate the 8th Region?

I thought Dixie left Eminence?

Ummm, no they shouldn't and no they won't.

Any newcomers/youngsters to watch out for in the region?

SK will be solid again in 2013 with a good group of players. Taylor Morrison should take over the scoring role held by Andrew Sampson last year. The Pioneers will definitely be bigger this year than they were last. The district is winnable for SK.

He's the QB on the football team this year so he's still there.

SK should have a good all around team this year. They return alot of good players.

Brayden Anderson left SK

Daren Lamdbin gave up hoops

Mike Krallman will struggle to make this team

Barry Deaton may not tryout from what I am hearing

Austin Fries (pronounced Freeze) and Michael Sammons will see some varsity time as sophomores and contribute by January. Both are 6-3 plus and can play.

My pick is Collins. OC is a little high for me after losing their coach and something like 7 seniors, this may be a tougher year for the Colonels.

Than you for the update I was just going by what they had returning on last years roster.

I'm hearing Ross Cox might sit this year out for Anderson. That will hurt and leave them with little size to work with.

Owen County looks a little high on the list IMO. Williams is a great ball player, I enjoy watching him play, but he is going to need help if Owen is to be ranked 6th in the region. It also seems like every year, Gallatin is overlooked. They are very capable of making some noise this year and Koby Carlton could be the best Carlton that has hit hardwood yet. I am not saying the Wildcats will win the 8th, but come Region Tournament time, they could go further than some teams expect.
