September 25, 201312 yr that's not the focal point of where we're going. So where exactly are you going Dusty? Obviously the focal point is pitching but Hamilton is a pretty big part of it. They Reds lose 2-3 games over the last 10 days without him. And some of that was simply in a pinch running role only. That's more than you can say for Izturis and Hannahan and they have been up nearly the entire season.
September 25, 201312 yr The way I see it: 1-9 (starting position players): Votto, Phillips, Cozart, Frazier, Ludwick, Choo, Bruce, Hannigan & Mesoraco 10-18 (pitchers) :Latos, Bailey, Cueto (or Arroyo), Chapman, Lecure, Marshall, Hoover, Simon, Parra 19-21 (backup position players): Heisey, Paul, Izturis Then you choose 4 from: Cingrani (if healthy), Ondrusek, Duke, Hamilton, Robinson or Hanahan

September 25, 201312 yr Author 3 straight starts that Latos has looked shaky at best....Not a good sign going into the postseason.
September 25, 201312 yr Author This is very concerning....They can't scratch against scrubs like Harang, Niese, and DiceK, I don't even want to think how they'll fare against Liriano in the WC.
