Why would a guy in Somerset get up and drive all the way to Danville to go to a pharmacy when there are probably 15-20 in Somerset? That's what I'm sayin...
October 16, 201312 yr Author Article states that he was at the pharmacy at about 0926 am. Murders were called in at 0917 am. The pharmacy is 2 miles away from where the murders occurred. Looks like he tried to give himself an alibi and instead gave police evidence that he was in the area at the time of the murders. Not to mention, the guilty dog always barks. He was trying to go out of his way to explain where he was that morning to anyone who would listen. This guy should have watched The Jackal before attempting such a crime.

Dunno, if client want's less than life they'll go to trial and the death penalty will be on the table again. I don't think attorney will let him go to trial if DP is an option, unless he is 100% sure dude is innocent.

Prosecutors are not interested in losing control of the narrative of a case.”

October 23, 201312 yr We were going to the movies Friday night and Keith's attorney and a couple more people were standing in front of Keith's Gold Buying business here in Somerset, looked like they were waiting for a key. It was about 7:00 on a Friday, seemed like a strange time for them to be going through his business.

The money bands, dated to September 17, 2013, were used to band together currency in stacks totaling $10,000 each, according to the document; investigators had previously learned that Smith had ordered $40,000 from Fifth Third Bank on September 17, and that he had picked it up on September 19.
