In the end Commonwealth's Attorney will seek the death penalty and Keith will plead guilty to avoid the death penalty...write it down.

I'm sure the police will consider all possibilities but finding those items at the business in Somerset are going to be pretty difficult to explain.

I agree with what your saying but Prosecutors also like to take the easy way out in MOST cases...nearly all will give a reduced sentence in lieu of a guilty plea. Again that is what his attorney is known for...every thing he says and does is to work towards a plea deal, regardless of what he says.
